Special Bulletin - Payment of 2020 NFH Dues for Existing NFH Members
This Special Dues Payment Page is only for the following Southwest Shore members:
You were already a NFH Member as of January 2020; and
You have not yet paid your annual NFH Membership due on February 1, 2020; and
You may wish to renew your NFH Membership as part of our new SWS NFH Member Tract program.
As you know the Southwest Shore Association voted to become an NFH Member Tract this year. As such, our SWS Association will collect your NFH membership dues directly from you, and we will remit a single check to NFH covering all members. This method simplifies the bookkeeping tasks for the NFH staff, and allows each NFH member to pay just $50.00 annual NFH membership dues, a $5.00 discount off the normal annual rate.
To facilitate our transition to a NFH Member Tract, we asked NFH to change our NFH Membership Renewal Date from February 1 to September 1, which will coincide better with our annual collection of SWS Cabin Dues each summer. This necessitates a prorated dues amount covering the period February 1, 2020, through August 31, 2020. NFH agreed to charge each member $25 for this 7-month prorated period.
Therefore, for the first NFH dues payment, we ask that each existing NFH member pay $75 membership dues to cover the 19-month period February 1, 2020, through August 31, 2021. After that, all members will be on a normal September 1 renewal date cycle. We hope that a prorated early payment will be acceptable to each of you existing NFH members.
The bottom line, then, is that we are asking you to pay $75 NFH Membership plus $50 SWS Dues, payable now, for a total of $125.00. You can make your payment in one of two ways:
Send a check for $125.00, payable to "Big Bear Southwest Shore Association", mailed to Robert W. TeSelle, 507 Lincoln Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90402; --- OR ---
Pay $125.00 by credit card or PayPal by clicking this link to the Payment Page.
